We use an express courier partner which normally take 1-3 working days after order has been confirmed.
Our couriers will call the contact number provided on your order. If there is no response, and no one home, we will attempt second call and delivery for free, the following day.
If there is no response on the 2nd attempt, the items will be brought back to our stock and the customer must get in touch to pickup the order or pay for additional delivery.
Since we deliver locally using a courier partner, we do not have a tracking system available. Once we process your order, you will receive a confirmation email, this means your order was sent to our partner’s warehouse.
Depending on the product, it can take us a few days to a few weeks.
Through our website, we offer Malta & Gozo delivery – but if you would like international shipping you can get in touch via our social media!
- Clothing purchases made from our store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase date, with the exception of items discounted over 20% and mug products (unless manufacturer damage).
- Items must be returned new, unused, packaged, and in perfect condition.
- Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Returns that do not comply with these regulations will not be accepted.
- Returns may be made through courier service, or mail.
- In the case a refund is preferred, the payment will be returned to the original card used to purchase. Please allow up to 4 working days for refund to be processed by your bank.
