As a Marketing Projects Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing projects, providing crucial support for their successful execution. Working closely with our Marketing Executive and talented team members, you’ll ensure smooth operations and efficient project administration. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to juggle multiple tasks will be vital to the overall success of our projects, while your administrative expertise will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional marketing solutions to our clients, all while maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality. 🙌
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with managers to plan, execute, and monitor marketing projects. You’ll help develop project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Documentation and Reporting: Keep project documentation up to date, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and action items. Prepare comprehensive reports for project stakeholders.
- Resource Management: Assist in allocating and tracking resources, making sure project teams have the tools, equipment, and materials they need. You’ll coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to meet project requirements.
- Communication and Collaboration: Be the communication hub for project teams. Schedule and organize project meetings, distribute agendas, and follow up on action items. You’ll be the go-to person for project-related inquiries.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and help develop risk mitigation strategies. Monitor project activities to ensure they stay on track with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Budget Monitoring: Keep an eye on project budgets and expenditures, making sure we stay on target.
- Process Improvement: Constantly evaluate project management processes and find ways to make them even better. You’ll recommend and implement streamlined procedures to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure our deliverables meet the highest standards. Coordinate feedback loops and revisions to guarantee client satisfaction and project success.

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand client requirements and project objectives.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality visual content in the form of photographs and videos.
- Utilize your expertise in composition, lighting, and storytelling techniques to create captivating and engaging content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in photography and videography to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Handle the entire content creation process, including pre-production, shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Ensure consistency in the brand’s visual identity across all content produced.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as copywriters and designers, to create cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Conduct research and gather references to inspire and enhance the creative process.
- Meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional content within the allocated timeframe.
- Knowledge in Tik Tok Content Creation, marketing &editing
- Strong story telling & creative capabilities
- Understanding of analytics like user retention, average watch time & how to optimize content
- Communication and interpersonal skills customer-facing skills
- Commercial awareness and business acumen the ability to think strategically
- Copywriting and design skills in order to produce marketing materials for both print and online
