Jerġa jitla l-Labour fil-gvern, u tkomplu round ġdid

Ma għandniex kontroll fuqha din.

Merħba kurnuti.

Nirringrazzjawkom tas-sapport li qiegħdin turu billi xtrajtu din il-logħba! Ħa nibdew nispjegawlkom kif tilgħabuha, imma bl-Ingliż għax ma nafx kif żżobb taqbad tgħid ċertu affarijiet bil-Malti.

Every player must be dealt 8 white cards face down, that only they will see. Every round, players take turns to be  “l-Imħallef”, this player draws out one Question Card, reads it out loud, and then players must pick their best or funniest white card that goes with it. The “imħallef” collects player’s chosen cards face down, and after shuffling the Answer Cards, reads them back aloud and picks the most funniest one. The person who’s card was picked, keeps the yellow card as 1 point. The first person to reach 6,7,8 (whatever) yellow cards wins.

Game Terminology:

  • Question Card (Yellow)

  • L-Imhallef: The person’s turn who is reading the question card and choosing the best answer
  • Il-Poplu: The players who are going to place an answer card.
  • Il-Kurnut: Il-persuna li spiċċa xogħol l-aħħar mill-poplu jew li dejjem jeqred. Dan il-persuna jibda l-ewwel rawnd bħala l-Imħallef.

BUT If there is a better or funnier answer card than the “Ministru” card, the “Poplu” can intervene as a democracy and if the majority agrees that there is a better card, then the “Imħallef” must re-consider.
    • Example play:
      • [Question Card] My life it’s ___________
      • [Answer Card] Potatoe (Considered a Ministru Card since it’s the matching answer from the video meme)

Karti bil-Bajd, inħoloq għal skop uniku, dak li jippromwovi l-użu batut tal-lingwa Maltija fis-seklu diġitali.

Għalkemm tidher qisha logħoba taċ-ċajt, u fil-verita ngħidu li hekk hija, l-intenzjoni tagħna b’dawn il-logħob hu li nilħqu l-maġġoranza tal-udjenza zagħzugħa Maltija, u nfakkruwom fil-lingwa Maltija u kif jinkiteb. Nuruhom ukoll li logħoba bil-Malti tista tkun tal-istess divertiment bħal dawk il-logħob bl-Ingliz, jekk mhux aktar.

“Personalment, jien ma’ nafx nikteb bil-Malti, u din kienet waħda mill-isfidi li ffaċċjajt biex bdejna dan il-proġett. Pero kuntent, għax wara li ħidma ta’ ġimgħat sħaħ, nistgħa ngħid li bir-riċerka tgħallimt ħafna, u din hija ezempju ċar ta’ kif aktar espożizzjoni tal-Malti fil-medja jistgħa jgħin sabiex il-lingwa tagħna ma’ tintilifx. Waħda mill-akbar diffikultajiet li rajt, hija dik li diffiċċli MMENS issib Malti miktub tajjeb fuq l-Internet. U dan huwa ta’ periklu kbir għall-lingwa Maltija hekk kif il-bnedmin qed fi stat ta’ transizzjoni, fejn l-informazzjoni kollha li jikkonsoma huwa dak meħud online u mill-internet.”

Qed naħdmu fuq ħafna fuq proġetti ġodda li jinvolvu l-użu tal-lingwa Maltija, (imirrat lejn żgħazagħ u dawk li jħobbu jeħduħ f’s*rmhom) , kif ukoll kliem bil-Malti li m’għadhomx jintużaw fid-dinja tal-lum, sabiex nipprovaw kemm jista’ jkun insalvaw dawn l-frażi u l-ilsien Malti li għandna tant nkunu kburin bih.
